A special issue of the Scopus indexed Journal of "The Open Construction & Building Technology" is assigned to the selected papers of the 5th National Conference and 1st International Conference on Cement Industry and Oncoming Horizon. The Papers would be selected by the Conference Scientific Committee and will be published without any publication fee. However, the authors of the selected papers should extend/revise/update their published articles in conference proceedings. In this case, it will be easy for the authors to extend a manuscript from 10 to 15 pages (e.g. including a detailed and in-depth state-of-the-art report in their manuscript).

The Scientific Committee of the conference is pleased to announce that 5% of the Selected Papers of the 5th National Conference and 1st International Conference on Cement Industry and Oncoming Horizon will be published in “International Journal of Advanced Structural Engineering (IJASE)" after another round of a prompt review process. In this case, the authors of the selected papers should extend/revise/update their articles based on the journal requirements in order to be prepared for the possible review and publication process.

 NECESSARY TIPS FOR PAPER SUBMISSION:
Dear researchers,for Raising of the conference desirability,please observe the following points:

1- During registration,please complete your information in the registration form very carefully.

 Attention: please avoid from re-registration. If you don’t receive activation email,contact to the conference secretariat. Our colleagues active your account in system immediately and you can log in system with email and password.

 2- During the preparation of your paper for submission in system,please adhere exact format of papers. In order to facilitate,the font sample of papers has been put on the Web site. Please copy your paper partly and paste in received sample format file from the conference site. (The sending final file must be the same format file that you put on your paper in it.)

Note: Please don’t remove abstract of paper from your sending original paper file.


3- If your paper need to edit according to the referees Committee and or you want to edit it,for more description in this regard please contact with the Secretariat. (Please be note that if you want to edit your paper,don’t submit new paper. Replace modified paper with previous paper.)

 

4- In sending paper file,please consider your organization/institute after name of author.

 

5- During of original paper title registration,please consider name and family of other authors. Paper certification is issued according to submitted information. (Not from your paper file).in the case of not submission,no objection will be accepted.

Authors should submit a paper in English, carefully checked for correct grammar and spelling, addressing one or several of the conference areas or topics. Each paper should clearly indicate the nature of its technical/scientific contribution, and the problems, domains or environments to which it is applicable. Only original papers should be submitted. Authors are advised to follow ethical norms regarding plagiarism and self-plagiarism thoroughly before submitting and must make sure that their submissions do not substantially overlap work which has been published elsewhere or simultaneously submitted to a journal or another conference with proceedings.

Authors can submit their work in the form of a Regular Paper, representing completed and validated research, or as a Position Paper, portraying a short report of work in progress or an arguable opinion about an issue discussing ideas, facts, situations, methods, procedures or results of scientific research focused on one of the conference topic areas. All papers must be submitted through the online submission platform. After the paper submission has been successfully completed, authors will receive an automatic confirmation e-mail.

 
HOW TO REGISTER AND SUBMIT AN ARTICLE FOR FREE

First Step: in the Main Page of the Conference site,find the “ Registration” and select" signup "Item .
Second Step: Study the Regulation of Registration and Approve it.

Third Step: Complete Specifications and requested Information in the below following figure carefully and after that select “Registration in the system”

After registration in the system,the following page will be seen.

fourth Step: After activation of user name,you will see below page. Click on “Going to login page of Control Panel”

fifthStep: In the page of “Users Control Panel” enter your email and password and click on “Login to System”

sixth Step: Click on “Login to system”

seventh Step: For Submitting a new paper click on “Submit New Paper” menu in the “Users Control Panel” page as following figure.

eighth Step: Please complete your information in the mentioned page and after select “Final Registration” item.

Preparation of ZIP File Guidance:

After preparation of ZIP file,please do the below following steps.

After successfully done of upload,you will be seen the below following page:

Then,click on “Going to Papers Status Page” item and upload your original Paper from “Submit Original Paper” item and “Submit Original Paper for Publishing in the Conference e-book” sub Item.
